Notes on Kite Aerial Photography: Thumbnail Gallery
|
(Page 2) These thumbnail galleries provide examples of kite aerial photographs I have taken in or near the Golden Gate National Recreational Area. The images were taken between 1995 and the 2003 using a variety of kite lofted cameras including the point-and-shoot Yashica T4, the single lens reflex Canon Rebel, and the Canon Digital Elph. See the links in the header for more detail regarding technique. The sampler was assembled as a vehicle for discussing the ongoing application of this novel, low-cost technique to document the natural, social, and built landscapes of the GGNRA. A Key Map for the photographs is available. See also a similar thumbnail gallery set for San Francisco Bay

Explanatory note. This page was created using Photoshop 7.0's Web Gallery script. The script handles the resizing, sharpening, and equalization of the images automatically. While this is certainly convenient for your author the results are not quite as nice as custom processing. |
