              Brighter colored wall, wood and ceiling with a light diffuser at the edge of the balcony and a light well to mitigate the contrast-induced glare.

Under the similar climatic conditions, the modified model shows smaller variance in the daylighting factor, hence, reducing the contrast that causes glare in the space.
