Spring Sun Sprite

These images were taken April 28, 2002 from 8:00 to 8:40 during partly cloudy/sunny sky conditions.

The sun sprite comes into the bedroom early in the morning, around 6:30 or 7 as a small little speck.  By 8:00 it stretches to its longest point.  Sometimes it disappears as clouds cover the sun.  Ultimately, it recedes back outside at 8:45.  This phenomena first started a couple of weeks ago.  The spring sun sprite visit each morning makes waking up a pleasant experience.
